Northeast Deal Intel provides commercial real estate data, deal alerts, market analysis, and related intelligence tools for informational purposes. The Service is intended for real estate professionals, investors, developers, and other commercial real estate market participants.

Paid subscription tiers are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at signup.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Free trials, when offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
API access is subject to the rate limits and usage terms associated with your subscription tier. API keys are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties. Abuse of the API, including exceeding rate limits or unauthorized automation, may result in immediate suspension of access.
The information provided by Northeast Deal Intel — including deal scores, cap rate benchmarks, market analysis, and property data — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. All data is sourced from public records and third-party listings and may contain errors or omissions.
You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment.
All content, data, scoring methodologies, editorial analysis, and software comprising the Service are the property of Northeast Deal Intel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data is accurate, complete, or current. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northeast Deal Intel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
