Professional ($29/mo) covers a single Northeast state. Tri-State ($79/mo) covers 3 states. New England Complete ($99/mo) covers 6 New England states (CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME). All-Access ($149/mo) unlocks all 9 Northeast states (CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, NH, VT, ME) with API access and is our most comprehensive tier for serious investors.
